New Year’s Day BrrrRUNch Run

Time:             9:30 A.M. until 12:00 Noon

Please join us for the Colonial Road Runners Annual New Year’s Day BrrrRUNch Run.

The run starts at 10:00 A.M. using a 3-mile out-and-back route along the Abington-Rockland Rail Trail, then we’ll return to the church for refreshments and socializing.

This event is FREE and everyone is welcome. This is one of our biggest social/running events of the year, and we especially enjoy seeing many of our newer members. Non-members are welcome as well, so bring your friends and introduce them to our running club!

Please come to the First Baptist Church of Abington any time after 9:30 A.M. We will meet inside, and then start the run at 10 A.M., after our CRR Members annual group photo on the stairs of the church.

Please encourage family members and friends of all ages to come, whether they want to cover the whole route, part of it, or none of it! The First Baptist Church will stay open during the run, so non-participants are welcome to remain at the church.

The club will provide coffee, hot chocolate, bagels, bananas, and orange juice. We invite members to bring along their own favorite brunch dishes as well (quiche, fruit, donuts, pastries, sweets, etc.)—or nothing at all! Based on our members’ past contributions, you can expect quite a spread.
